When Ashley first approached me about doing a Monet inspired shoot, I knew I had met a kindred soul. Having a background in art, I really appreciate having any sort of inspiration rooted in art or history. I love any chance to explore art pieces and color, and to turn Monet's work into a wedding inspiration was an idea that I absolutely adored!
Ashley La Fleur was a complete dream to work with, and it was so wonderful to see her vision come to life so beautifully.
The details for this shoot could not have been more perfect. The ethereal, water-like quality of Mignonette's gowns were absolutely stunning.
The hanging floral by Life in Bloom gave the impression of a mossy pond, also reminiscent of the reflection of a beautiful garden in the water
The invitation designs created the perfect jumping off point for everyone involved to bring their own spin on a paint-inspired palette
