Our home is over 100 years old, and each year we fall a little more in love with it. We have gone through a lot with this sweet old house of ours, and it’s about to go through another major change. What once was a white house will soon be a pretty medium blue grey. I’m nervous but quite excited to see the transformation, and celebrate another home milestone. While I won’t share a photo of our home exterior, here is a lovely photo of our sun room, my own personal sacred space.

It’s Friday! And my daffodils are showing their lovely smiling faces! Spring flowers are some of the best flowers: friendly, uplifting, fragrant. Our weather may not be cooperating but at least the flowers are here to cheer us on.

Updating the @refindjoy collection with new pieces this week, and I can’t get enough of these colorful petite wood trays.

I don’t follow sports, but word on the street is that today is the Cubs home opener. That got me thinking longingly of Spring, and also, hotdogs...This is a particularly delicious vegan dog by the talented ladies of @veganosity. The recipe is in their new book: Great Vegan BBQ Without a Grill which is full of other equally satisfying vegan dishes.
